How this directory works
This directory ranks the med spas, medical aesthetics clinics and skin clinics we found on Google Maps across Orange County. Each listing shows its Google rating, how its reviews split from five stars to one, its hours, phone and website, and where it ranks in its city and in the county.
How we rank
We rank by Google rating, adjusted for review count, so a perfect 5.0 from 3 reviews doesn't beat a 4.9 from 400.
- Exact averages. Google rounds ratings to one decimal. We use each med spa's star counts (how many 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 star reviews) to work out its exact average.
- Weighted by volume. Each average is pulled toward the average of every med spa here (4.86) by 50 reviews' worth. A med spa with a few reviews stays near that average. One with hundreds of reviews keeps the rating it earned. This is a Bayesian average, the same idea film sites use for their top lists.
- 25 reviews to qualify. Med spas with fewer reviews are listed but not ranked. Right now 494 of 816 qualify.
- Ties go to the one with more reviews.
- No paid ranking. Sponsored spots are labeled and shown apart from the ranking. Claiming a listing or paying for a spot never changes a rank.
Google ratings are a useful signal, not the whole story. Reviews can be incomplete, and a rating doesn't tell you who will treat you. Read recent reviews and check credentials before you book. Nothing here is medical advice.
Where the data comes from
We searched Google Maps in cities across Orange County and kept 816 businesses. Names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, hours, ratings and review counts come from Google Maps as of October 2026 (74,677 reviews in all). We do not copy review text or photos. Every listing links to its Google profile.

Who runs it
This directory is run by Landmark Stories, a marketing company that helps local businesses get found on Google. Some businesses listed here may be or become our clients. That never changes a rank. Want more people to find you on Google Maps? See how we help.
